Dreckman earns Heart Conference recognition

CEDAR RAPIDS — Mount Mercy women’s basketball player Madison Dreckman has been recognized for contributions on the court as voted on by Heart of America Athletic Conference coaches.

Dreckman, a junior forward, earned second-team All-Heart honors, becoming a two-time selection. She posted 11.5 points per game and a team-best 7.9 rebounds per game.

Dreckman, a graduate of Le Mars Community High School, played the most minutes of any Mustang and connected on 38 3-pointers. She also pulled down 221 rebounds (189 defensive, 32 offensive) to lead the Mustangs. Her 69 assists were also a team-high.
