Shelly Trowbridge, 59 of Akron, died Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron with the Rev. Trish Underberg officiating. A private family burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Akron. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and will continue until service time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Ava’s House (1320 W 17th St, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104).
