Weber named to Academic All-District Team by CSC

STORM LAKE — The Buena Vista University women’s basketball team had four players named to the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team as announced on Feb. 21.

Among the group was Addison Weber, who landed a spot on the team for the first time in her career.

Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in mid-March.

Weber, a rehabilitation health sciences major from Le Mars, is among the 39 total selections from the American Rivers Conference to be recognized.

Weber and the Beavers recently concluded the 2022-23 season.
