LaVera Manley, 88, of Akron, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2023 at the Akron Care Center in Akron.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 4, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Akron. Burial will be at a later date at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Akron. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m., all on Friday, March 3, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alzheimer’s Association.
