CHEROKEE -- The Le Mars Community bowlers won against both the Cherokee boys and girls Monday.
The Bulldog girls led by nearly 600 points, winning 2315-1734 over Cherokee.
The LCS boys beat the Braves in a closer battle, edging out Cherokee 2519-2499.
Danielle Hystad led the girls with a 371 series for the day, rolling games of 147 and 224, the team's high game.
Colleen Zenk bowled a 327 series with games of 145 and 182. Jennifer Cook-Howard rolled a 320 series with games of 169 and 151.
Caitlin Hughes had a 295 series, with games of 150 and 145; Susie Haack rolled a 278 series, with games of 154 and 124; and Mickey Luken had the non-counting 239 series with games of 122 and 117.
The girls added 724 in the Baker Round for the win.
Leading the LCS boys, Noah Scheitler rolled a 385 series, bowling games of 213 and 172.
Brock Hofland followed up with a 376 series, rolling games of 216, the team's high game, and 160.
Dom Castle bowled a 348 series with games of 180 and 168, Tyler Pottebaum bowled a 324 series with games of 182 and 142, Matt Hystad had a 318 series, rolling even games of 159, and Frankie Perrin rolled the non-counting 283 series with games of 175 and 108.
The Bulldogs added 768 in the Baker Round to oust Cherokee.
