The public of Plymouth County is invited to an open meeting regarding the recently-completed Plymouth County Land Use Plan next Tuesday.
All are invited to attend to look at the land use plan at the 1 p.m. Nov. 27 meeting.
The meeting will be held in the courthouse annex basement.
The land use plan, which was drafted by JEO Consulting, of Wahoo, Neb., tells about the county population, population trends, schools, economics, housing, roads, health care facilities, transportation facilities, parks and the goals and objectives for the county, according to Plymouth County Zoning Administrator Alan Lucken.
"It's basically an analysis of the whole physical structure of the county," Lucken said.
The plan will be used as a guideline for the county zoning board and county board of supervisors as they make decisions, he said.
