Businesses can self-nominate or be nominated, according to a Chamber press release.

Nomination forms are available at the Chamber Office, 50 Central Ave. S.E.

They must be filled out and returned no later than Wednesday, December 5 at 5:00 p.m.

People may nominate someone who exemplifies dedication and service through personal involvement in the community.
