The Plymouth County Supervisors Tuesday approved two subdivisions with conditions.
The supervisors approved Michelle Lloyd's request for a two-lot subdivision in Section 33 of Perry Township pending approval of the county board of adjustment.
The board of adjustment will review the proposal to ensure it meets requirements to build in the Loess HIlls.
Lloyd explained that she and her husband plan to build a home in lot one which includes about 16 acres.
The couple currently lives in a house on lot two which includes about 5 acres.
Lloyd said the home on lot two may eventually be sold.
She explained to the supervisors that a well will be dug in lot one to provide water and that lot two already has a well.
The supervisors also approved the Gross 2nd Addition, with the condition that an easement be signed allowing property owners to share a driveway.
The Gross 2nd Addition is owned by Vernon Gross and includes about 2 acres.
In other business Tuesday, the supervisors appointed Dan Albert, of rural Le Mars, to replace Ken Alesch, of Remsen, who resigned from the board of adjustment.
