Joseph and Crystal Stonesifer

Crystal Plueger and Joseph Stonesifer, of Le Mars, were united in marriage July 28, 2012, at Christ Lutheran Church, rural Le Mars. The Rev. Ben Worley officiated the ceremony.

Crystal is the daughter of Russell and Susan Plueger, of Le Mars. Joseph is the son of Thomas and Valerie Stonesifer, of Le Mars.

Music for the wedding ceremony was provided by soloist Nicole Plueger and organist Rosanne Osterbuhr.

Maid of honor was Heather Plueger, of Brookings, S.D. Bridesmaids were Amelia Stonesifer, of Le Mars, Nicole Plueger, of Le Mars, and Jennifer Shipp, of Cedar Rapids.

Flowergirls were Faith Hager, Alabama Hoonhorst and Emma Reum.

Best man was Jacob Stonesifer, of Le Mars. Groomsmen were Nathan Holck, of Le Mars, Gregory Minor, of Gillette, Wyo., and Brady Hettwer, of Doon.

Ringbearer was Kaleb Shipp.

Seating the wedding guests were Gregory Lammers, Jason Lammers, Justin Griffith and Patrick Griffith.

The reception was held at the Brunville Legion Hall.

Crystal earned an associate of applied science degree in manufacturing technology from Western Iowa Tech Community College. She is employed as a secretary for the South Dakota Department of Human Services.

Joseph earned a master of science degree in civil and environmental engineering from South Dakota State University. He is employed as a natural resources engineer for the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources in water rights.

The couple took a wedding trip to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National Park in California.

They are at home in Pierre, S.D.
