The Rev. Mark Looyenga, uncle of the bride from Alabama, officiated the 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
Tori is the daughter of Lori Looyenga of Remsen and Paul Looyenga, of Rapid City, S.D.
Brad is the son of Cathy and Christopher Emerson of Remsen, N.Y.
Music for the ceremony was provided by organist Al Spreizer.
Alexis Looyenga, of Le Mars, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Devin Erlandson, of Beresford, S.D., cousin of the bride; Elizabeth Plank, of Rapid City, Chelsey Johnson, Vermillion, S.D., Rena Walters, of Rapid City, and Adina Segal, of Rapid City.
Flowergirl was Isabella Norton, of Rapid City, cousin of the bride.
Bestman was Brandon Emerson, of Remsen, N.Y., brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Jacob Looyenga, of Le Mars, brother of the bride; Tony Lapp, Andrew Pressley, Ray Walters and Lee Arthur, all of Rapid City.
Ringbearers were Jack Erlandson, of Beresford, S.D., cousin of the bride, and Carson Pressley, of Rapid City, godson of the bridegroom.
Seating the wedding guests was Michael Erlandson, of Beresford, S.D., cousin of the bride.
The reception was held at the Westminister Presbyterian Church, with a dance following at the Ramkota in Rapid City.
Tori is a graduate of Le Mars Community High School and the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.
Brad is a graduate of Remsen, N.Y., high school, and the Community College of the Air Force. He is an offensive avionics specialist with the U.S. Air Force.
The couple took a cruise to the Bahamas for their wedding trip.
They are at home in Rapid City.
