David and Rachel Keffeler

Rachel Lorraine Colling and David Lee Keffeler were united in marriage July, 24, 2010, at St. Mary's Church in Remsen, with the Rev. Bill McCarthy officiating.

Parents of the couple are Julie and the late David Colling and Jerry and Judy Keffeler, all of Remsen.

Grandmother of the bride is Shirley Bass of Remsen. Grandmother of the bridegroom is Shirley Gengler of Le Mars.

Matron of honor was Angela Waldschmitt, sister of the bridegroom. Bridesmaids were Kayla Hoffman and Kathy Eason, sisters of the bridegroom; and Ashley Manternach and Elizabeth Rothman.

Best man was Jeff Pottebaum, cousin of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Drew Hoffman and Rick Waldschmitt, brothers-in-law of the bridegroom; Ryan Feeck; and Cody Colling, brother of the bride, who also walked the bride down the aisle.

Ringbearers were Skyler, Levi, Landon and Tyten Waldschmitt, nephews of the bridegroom.

Seating the guests were Brett Colling, cousin of the bride, Justin Weber, Tom Cronin, and Justin Henrich.

Personal attendants were Jessica Klein, Tiffany Konz and Sarah Haverkamp.

The wedding reception and dance were held at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen.

Rachel is employed as a registered sales assistant at Security National Financial Services in Sioux City and David owns and operates DKeff Inc., a Golden Harvest Seed dealership and soil sampling service based out of Remsen.

The couple took a wedding trip to Hawaii and now reside in Remsen.
