Michael was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, Feb.12, 1954, the son of Paul and Arden Gray.
Mike was a 1972 graduate of Gehlen Catholic High School.
After high school, Michael attended college in Minnesota and spent 30 years in the steel business where he established many life-long friendships.
Mike was an avid golfer and loved to play cards with his friends at the Elks Lodge.
He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him over his all too short life.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Denise; a son, Christopher; a daughter, Erin (North) Caselman; a grandson, Kane Caselman; a brother, David (Deborah); two sisters, Diane Strong (Geoffrey) and Paula Anderson (Tom); and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Arden Gray, and infant sister, Mary.
A memorial service and celebration of Michael's life is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, in Cameron, Mo., at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home.
There will also be a 5 p.m. Catholic Mass at St. Munchin's Church in Cameron following the celebration of Michael's life.
