Loutsch-Firme

Mark and Lori Loutsch of Le Mars announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Melissa, of Brookings, S.D., and Justin Firme of Alexandria, Minn. He is the son of Mike and Cindy Firme of Redwood Falls, Minn.

The couple is planning an Aug. 14, 2010, wedding ceremony at St. Catherine's Church in Oyens. The reception will be held at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen.

Melissa is a 2004 graduate of Remsen-Union High School and a 2008 graduate of South Dakota State University. She is currently finishing her master's degree in school counseling at South Dakota State.

Justin is a 2003 graduate of Redwood Valley High School and a 2008 graduate of South Dakota State University. He is currently employed as a landscape designer in Alexandria, Minn.
