Le Mars matmen struggle at SC North

The wins were few and far between for the Le Mars wrestlers as the 'Dogs dropped a 51-21 decision at Sioux City North on Thursday night.

Jose Camarena started the night with a forfeit win at 215 pounds and Josh Munger followed with a pin of North's George Johnson in 3:15 at 285.

That was it until Anthony Schimek claimed an 8-5 win over Gage Martin at 135 pounds and Zach Reed followed with a 13-11 win over Dondre Hubert at 140.

Kelly Lind added a 6-0 win over Andrew Hinds at 189 for Le Mars' final win.

The 'Dogs return to action Tuesday at Storm Lake and will face Sioux City West and Denison-Schleswig.
