Le Mars bowling teams top SC schools

The Le Mars boys and girls bowling teams each garnered victories in prep bowling action on Monday at Lewis Bowl in Sioux City.

Kayla Crippen led the Le Mars girls to team score of 2,168 pins.

Sioux City East was next with 2,006.

North followed with 1,938 and West had 1,766.

Crippen had the top two-game score of 340 and top game score of 205.

Mary Beth Marwitz had a high game of 192 and a two-game total of 308.

Nicole Seible rolled a 170 and a two-game score of 301.

Ashley Rolfes had a 166 and a two-game score of 296.

Danielle Hystand had a high game of 165 and a two-game score of 282.

Erin Heffner had a two-game total of 234.

On the boys side, Le Mars scored 2,731 while North was second with 2,593.

West followed with 2,509 and East hads 2,149.

Bryan Needs led Le Mars and was second overall with a 224 and a two-game total of 394.

Mason Prieksat rolled a 203 and was third with a two-game score of 392.

Ryan Kuiken had a 192 and garnered a two-game score of 376.

Gage Crosgrove rolled a 179 and had a two-game scre of 321.

Travis Habben had a 172 and a two-game score of 319.

Ethan Swanberg had a 148 and a two-game score of 276.
