Kenyon-Baldwin

Richard and Genene Kenyon of Gardner, Kan., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sarah Kenyon, to Daren Baldwin, son of Lloyd and Glenna Baldwin of Pleasanton, Kan.

The couple is planning a Sept. 19, 2009, wedding at Grace Community Church of the Nazarene in Spring Hill, Kan. The reception will follow at the Brookridge Golf and Country Club in Overland Park, Kan.

Sarah is a graduate of Le Mars Community High School and majored in accounting at Emporia State University, Emporia, Kan., graduating in 2007. She is employed as a paraprofessional educator for kindergarten through eighth grade students in the Cherokee, Kan., School District.

Daren graduated from Pleasanton High School and earned his bachelor's degree at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan., in 2004. He pastors the McCune Church of the Nazarene in McCune, Kan., and is a substitute teacher in the area.
