Rev. Joseph J. Dunne

The Rev. Joseph J. Dunne, 83, of Marcus, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.

A memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. George's Episcopal Church in Le Mars. The Rev. Karen Wacome will officiate. A private family interment will take place at a later date.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Earnest -- Johnson Funeral Home in Marcus, with the family present from 5 to 9 p.m. and a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the memorial service.
