The couple was honored with a surprise party Saturday, June 20, hosted by their children, Amanda and Jesse Conrad, Travis Mooney and Rachael Mooney, all of Le Mars.
The couple has two grandchildren, Tobin and Aurora Conrad.
Ron Mooney and the former Elaine Dingman were married June 29, 1979, at Sac City.
