Le Mars defeated Spencer (16-0) on Monday and Sioux Center (15-3) on Tuesday.
Against the Braves, the Lady 'Dogs registered 14 hits, including four doubles.
In the first, Le Mars started with a lead-off single from Emily Anderson. Natalie Miller reached on a throwing error that advanced Anderson to third. Miller stole second and then an Emily TeBrink groundout scored Anderson and advanced Miller to third. Miller scored on a Kirstie Ruhland groundout to the shortstop.
Bailey Heidebrink singled and stole second before her sister Jordan's single scored her, giving the Lady Bulldogs a 3-0 lead early.
Le Mars added five in the third and one in the fifth to lead 9-0 before Cherokee got on the board with a run in the bottom of the fifth.
In the top of the seventh, Jordan Heidebrink doubled and her courtesy runner Emily Ellefson scored on an Alyssa Louison double to the right-center gap.
Jordan Heidebrink and the Le Mars defense stayed strong in the bottom of the frame to collect the 10-1 win.
Jordan Heidebrink gave up one run on four hits in seven innings of work. She fanned five and walked three. The sophomore also helped herself at the plate with a 3-for-4 performance that included two doubles and two RBIs.
Her sister Bailey was also 3-for-4 on the night and Erica Westhoff tallied two RBIs with a pair of sacrifice flies.
Le Mars (9-4, 4-2) hosts the Bulldog Softball Classic this weekend with games on Friday and Saturday.
