Kevin Held, who owns property the Hinton School District would like to purchase to build a new pre-kindergarten through third grade school and competitive gymnasium, spoke to about 70 people and the Hinton School Board Monday night. The public hearing encouraged people to share their opinions concerning the possible use of eminent domain to obtain the land.
