Students are invited to learn more about colleges

Plymouth County junior and senior high school students can learn about post-high school choices at the 2008 College Fair Night.

The event will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13 in the Le Mars Community High School and is hosted by counselors from Le Mars Community Schools, .

Students are encouraged to bring parents to the fair, which will include a browsing section and college representatives from about 80 schools.

The fair will provide juniors with opportunities to research different schools and options, learn about what types of financial aid are available, and take home a better idea of post-high school choices.

For seniors the event will provide students to re-visit with representatives from colleges they are most interested in, to finalize plans and, for some, begin the college choice process.
