The 39-year-old woman, of Silver Lake, Minn., who was wearing her seat belt, suffered non-life threatening injuries during the 12:45 p.m. accident.
She was taken via ambulance to Floyd Valley Hospital.
As of Monday morning, Allen was no longer listed as an inpatient at the Le Mars hospital.
Meylor Chiropractic was closed at the time of the accident. No one was inside.
Allen was eastbound on Highway 3 approaching its intersection with Business 75 when she lost control of her truck, which then entered the parking area of The Le Mars Country Store, and continued eastbound, striking the west side of Meylor Chiropractic, said Le Mars Police Officer Kevin Vande Vegte.
The accident caused an estimated $10,000 damage to Meylor Chiropractic building, 400 Plymouth St. N.W., and $5,000 damage to Allen's 2002 Dodge Dakota truck, Vande Vegte said.
A witness at the scene, Raymond Berning, of Sioux Center, was northbound on Business 75 and was stopped at the light at the Highway 3 intersection when the accident occurred.

He said the driver looked like she was "having a seizure or something" when she drove past him.
"She had both hands up and she was kind of shaking," he said.
There were no other passengers in the pickup, according to the police report.
The Le Mars Fire Department extracted the pickup from the building.
Plymouth County Sheriff's deputies also assisted at the scene of the accident.

Nebrfarm and Jordie, what are you implying? That she shouldn't have been drivng if it was a pre-existing condition? That she didn't belong on the road? Even if it was a pre-existing condition, there is a very good chance she was taking medication for it. Even if this was a first time. incident, she couldn't help it. How about all the alcoholics out there who are driving and shouldn't be?????? Have you ragged on them? Give this poor woman a break. She's away from home and this happens to her!!! I'm sure she was devastated. I still say this was one of God's miracles where no one else was involved and the chiropractic clinic was closed and no one in the building was injured.
I saw the truck zooming thru The Country Store parking lot. It was truly a miracle that no person or car was hit. God was watching over a lot of people at that time.
Who else is out there that does not belong on the road?....
My question is, was this a pre existing condition?
