Kristin and Christopher Mason

Kristin Hamer and Christopher Mason, both of Arlington, Texas, were united in marriage June, 21, 2008 at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars. The Rev. Larry Fett officiated the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.

Kristin is the daughter of Larry and Linda Hamer of Le Mars. Christopher is the son of William and Judy Mason of Arlington, Texas, and Ann Mason of Rochester, N.Y.

Providing music for the ceremony were Lori Looyenga of Le Mars as organist, and Terri Symodines of Ames as soloist.

Shelly Ostermyer, sister of the bride, from Akron, was matron of honor. Josie Hamer, niece of the bride, was flowergirl.

Eric Fehrenbacher of Corwith, Texas, was best man. Ringbearer was Kaden Ostermyer, nephew of the bride.

Seating the wedding guests were Brian Hamer of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Jason Hamer of Hinton.

The reception was held at the Le Mars Municipal Park at 5:30 p.m.

Kristin is a graduate of Le Mars Community High School and the University of Iowa. She is employed as a third grade teacher in the Arlington ISD, in Arlington.

Christopher attended Wichita State University and is an independent sales agent for Aflac Insurance.

Following their wedding trip to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, the couple is at home in Arlington.
