Britt-Stearns

Arlan and Sandy Britt of Le Mars announce the engagement of their daughter Angela to Ben Stearns, son of Liz and Randy Kurth of Le Mars. Grandparents of the bride-elect are Elizabeth Parry (Britt) of Le Mars and the late Aloys Britt, and Larry and Alice Bloemendaal of Alton and the late Elsie Bloemendaal. Grandparents of the bridegroom-elect are Paul and Rosie Kurth of Le Mars and Diana Butler of Sioux City and the late Bill Butler.

Angela is a 1999 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. She is also a 2003 graduate of the University of Iowa and a 2006 graduate of the University of South Dakota with a masters of science in occupational therapy and is currently employed as an occupational therapist for Aegis Therapies at Casa De Paz in Sioux City.

Ben is a 1999 graduate of Gehlen Catholic High School and a 2006 graduate of Briar Cliff University with a B.A. degree in business administration. He is currently employed as a fuel analyst for Hirschbach Motorlines in South Sioux City.

The couple will be married on Sept. 27, 2008, at St. James Catholic Church with a reception to follow at Willow Creek Golf Course.

Following the wedding the couple will make their home in Le Mars.
