The Kingsley Fire Department sponsored water fights this year for Kingsley's Augustfest 2008 celebration. Set up on East Second Street, two teams battle to get a large metal barrel past the opposing team. With assistance of volunteer firefighter, Brett Herbold, Madison Goodwin, Hope Bollin, Allison Bailey, and Jocelyn Pierce aim their hose and defeat the opposing team.

Jordell Barto and Zoe Linn were part of the show put on by Dynamix Dance Studio dancers before Kingsley's Augustfest parade Saturday, August 16. Augustfest ran all weekend in the southern Plymouth County town.
