Meagan and Dan Sollee

Meagan Marie McGuire and Dan A. Sollee, both of Colorado Springs, Colo., were united in marriage in a formal garden wedding ceremony at Hillside Gardens in Colorado Springs on July 3, 2008, in a sunset ceremony with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Tom Adams.

Meagan is the daughter of Deb McGuire of Le Mars and Mr. And Mrs. Fred McGuire of Bellevue, Neb. Dan is the son of Dr. Dan and Esther Sollee, and Nancy Sollee, all of Colorado Springs.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Judson Garwood of Dakota Dunes, S.D., and niece of Doug and Amy Henrich of Kingsley.

Flowergirl was Ashton Sollee.

The reception dinner and dance followed the ceremony, also at the Hillside Gardens.

Meagan is a graduate of Peru State College in Peru, Neb., and is employed with the Colorado Springs school system.

Dan is a graduate of Colorado State University and is employed in Colorado Springs.

The couple took a wedding trip to Brekenridge, Colo., and now make their home in Colorado Springs.
