Ann Margaret and Bernard Krommendyk

Bernard and Ann Margaret Krommendyk of Cherokeer will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Aug. 17, 2008. A family celebration, including a renewal of their wedding vows, will be held at Corvo's in Cherokee and will be hosted by their children, Jim Krommendyk of Great Falls, Mont., Mary House of Cherokee, Dale and Robin Krommendyk of Sioux Falls, S.D., Jayne and Randy Martin of Rockwell City and Leanne and Troy Valentine of Cherokee, along with eight grandchildren.

After raising their family in Le Mars, Bernie and Margaret retired to Lost Island Lake and later moved to Cherokee to be close to family.
