Gries-Sheehan

Lonnie and Connie Gries and Stacy and Diane Baum announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Krystal Laveta Gries to Neil Michael Sheehan, son of Larry and Renee Sheehan.

The couple is planning a 2 p.m. wedding on Sept.13, 2008, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen. A reception will follow at the Avalon Ballroom in Remsen.

Krystal is a 2005 graduate of Remsen-Union High School and received her associates degree in science and nursing from St. Luke's College in May 2008. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.

Neil is also a 2005 graduate of Remsen-Union High School and in May 2007 received his agriculture business degree from Hawkeye Community College. He is currently engaged in farming.
