OMAHA, Neb. -- Rose M. Sams, 77, of Omaha, Neb., and formerly of Le Mars, died Friday, May 9, 2008, at Omaha.

Rose Mary Sams was born June 1, 1930 in Le Mars.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Clara and Ronald Hunter, Beverly Neary, Kim and Dale Vanderbeek-Billesbach, Marsha and David Bradley; a son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Phyllis Gasper; a stepsister, Zelda Sherlock; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dworak's Vinton Street Chapel in Omaha. Interment will be in Cedar Dale Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler, Vinton Street chapel, at 2466 South 16th Street in Omaha.
