Spirit Lake Park swept the conference titles and Storm Lake was runner-up in both the boys' and girls' divisions.

Westphal won the 400-meter dash (50.47) and the 800-meter run (1:158.25), while Marc Kommes was fifth in the 800 (2:08.10) to give the Bulldogs a scoring double.
Zenk's lone title came in the 400 hurdles (56.70), though the senior placed in three other events on the night. Zenk was fifth individually in the long jump (19-8 1/2) and joined Westphal, Matt Ferris and Cody Engebretson for sixth in the 4x400 relay (3:40.61).
The shuttle hurdle team of Matt Mertes, Paxton Strub, Zenk and Tyler Lancaster was also third (1:03.15).
Le Mars' 4x800 team of Engebretson, Kommes, Alex Rasmussen and Gage Sitzmann captured one of two silver medals on the night (8:28.66) and Rasmussen brought home fourth in the 1,600-meter run (4:45.05).
The medley relay team of Ferris, Nate Fischer, Engebretson and Sitzmann was also fourth (3:44.46), while Fischer and Ferris ran with Phil Frye and Tim Newman on the Bulldogs' fifth-place 4x200 (1:37.17).
Le Mars' only other top six finish came from Strub with a silver medal effort in the high jump (5-10).
On the girls' side, the Lady Bulldogs were ninth as a team with eight events placing in the top six.
Spirit Lake won the girls' team title with 158 1/3 points, followed by Storm Lake in second with 132 1/3.
The Lady Bulldogs had 26 team points, led on the night by sprints and
hurdles.
Le Mars' top finish of the meet came in the 4x100 as Alyssa Louison, Jess Reuter, Rachel Nilles and Emily Anderson clocked in 51.77 for third.
The same four runners combined for a fourth-place time of 1:51.79 in the 4x200, while Nilles, Louison and Reuter ran with Cara Clement on Le Mars' sixth-place sprint medley (1:58.20).
Anderson added a fourth-place showing in the 100-meter dash (13.09).
Tara Lehner led Le Mars' hurdle events Monday with a fourth-place run in the 400 hurdles (1:12.76), followed by teammate Nikki Sluiter in sixth (1:14.97).
Emily TeBrink was also sixth individually in the 100 hurdles (16.72), while TeBrink, Sadie Arens, Katie Shearer and Lehner captured fourth in the shuttle hurdle relay (1:09.64).
The 4x800 team of Chelsea Albus, Briana Engebretson, Jacky Phelan and Shelby Miller rounded out Le Mars' place-winning events in sixth (11:59.77).
