Stephanie Lamp and Michael Hargens of Le Mars announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Stephanie is the daughter of Linda and Mark Jordan of Akron and Jim Lamp of Le Mars. Michael is the son of Dennis and Kathy Hargens of Le Mars.

The couple is planning a 3 p.m. ceremony on June 28, 2008, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Le Mars. A reception and dance will follow at the Le mars Convention Center, upper level.

Stephanie is a 2005 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. She is currently employed at BoDeans Baking Group in Le Mars.

Michael is a 2003 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. He is currently employed at Ver Hoef Automotive in Sioux Center.
