Thelma L. Fletcher, 95, of Elk Point, S.D., formerly of Akron, died Friday morning, Feb. 15, 2008, at Prairie Estates Rehab and Care Center in Elk Point, S.D.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Akron. Pastor Mike Avery will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Akron. Visitations will be after 3 p.m. Tuesday with the family present after 6 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m., all at First Baptist Church in Akron. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the services on Wednesday at the church.

The Carlsen Funeral Home -- Schroeder Chapel in Akron is in charge of arrangements.
