Douglas G. Caskey, 51, of Akron died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at Indian Hills Nursing and Rehab Center in Sioux City following a courageous five-month battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today (Monday) at Adaville United Methodist Church, rural Akron. Graveside services will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City.
