Quintessence Marie Jackson, newborn daughter of Jason and Tracy Luchtel-Jackson, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents Jason and Tracy Luchtel-Jackson of Le Mars; maternal grandparents Donna and Jeff Britcher of Le Mars, and Craig Luchtel of Oxford; paternal grandmother Shirley Plendl of Le Mars; and maternal great-grandmother Chris Luchtel of Carroll.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather John Plendl; great-grandparents Hilda and Harold Zimmerle, Richard Luchtel, Roy and Bernice Jebsen; Frank and Susan Plendl; and a cousin Amanda Pedersen.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. today (Monday) at the Mauer -Johnson Funeral Home of Le Mars. The Rev. Larry Fett of Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars will officiate. Burial will follow St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Neptune. Friends may greet the family beginning at 1 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
