On Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, Keith Aaron Edgar of Belleville, Ill., proposed to the love of his life, Kitty Jo Mary Harnack, of Remsen, at St. John's Lutheran Church following bible study class.

Keith is the son of Frank Theves and Barbara Edgar of O'Fallon, Ill., and the late Robert (Ollie) Edgar. Kitty Jo is the daughter of Ronald Sr. and Mary Ann Harnack of Remsen.

The couple is planning an Aug. 16, 2008, wedding at St. John's Lutheran Church in Le Mars.

Kitty Jo is a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City,. She is a caretaker, and an independent contractor for Wells' Dairy, as a product evaluator. She is active in politics, and volunteers at St. John's Lutheran Church of Le Mars.

Keith was in the U.S. Air Force as an avionic instruments system specialist. He is currently employed with the Belleville News Democrat of Belleville, Ill.
