Sharon Kahl, 71, of Remsen, died unexpectedly at her home in Remsen on Monday, Nov. 12, 2007.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Remsen with the Rev. Craig Miller officiating. After services the body will be cremated and the ashes will be interred at a later date in Remsen City Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday. There will be a vigil prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at the Fisch Funeral Home in Remsen. Visitation will resume Thursday, from 9 a.m. until service time, at St. Paul Evangelical Church.
