Alecia and Andrew Leonard

Alecia Lubinus and Andrew Leonard, both of Minneapolis, Minn., were united in marriage June 23, 2007, at First Baptist Church in Le Mars. The Rev. Jon Meredith and Jim Rahn officiated the 4 p.m. vows.

Parents of the couple are Daniel and Joy Lubinus and John and Mary Leonard, all of Le mars.

Providing nuptial music were pianist Joyce Larson, guitarist Blake Lubinus and soloists Aaron and Mandy Larson.

Stephanie Cargin of Le Mars was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Painter, and Blair Anderson, both of MInneapolis, and Noelle Henrich of Ames.

Luke Cargin of Le Mars was best man, with Levi Cargin of Le Mars, Zachary Krause of Minneapolis, and Joe Short of Rexburg, Idaho, serving as groomsmen.

Seating the wedding guests were Jacob Holck of Sioux City, Isaac Law of Des Moines, John Barker and Jason Hansen of Le Mars.

The dinner reception and dance were held at the Willow Creek Golf Course Clubhouse in Le Mas.

Alecia is a 2003 graduate of Le Mars Community High SChool and a 2007 graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minn., with a major in social work. She is employed as a family services coordinator with Sojourner Project in Minnetonka, Minn.

Andrew is also a 2003 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. He attended North Central University in Minneapolis. He is employed with Caribou Coffee in Minneapolis and is youth leader at River of Life Church in Shoreview, MInn.

Following their wedding trip to northern Minnesota, the couple is at home in Minneapolis.
