Mary Casper and Christopher Ryan are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The couple will be married Dec. 1, 2007, in Des Moines.

Mary is the daughter of Doug and Jeanette Casper of Hinton. She is a 2006 graduate of Iowa State University and is employed by the Johnston Community School District as a second grade teacher.

Chris is the son of Steve and Nola Ryan of Urbandale. He is a 2004 graduate of Iowa State University and is employed by Wells Fargo Financial as a loan officer.
