Loran and Heidi Weiler

Heidi Hultquist and Loran Weiler, Jr. of Ames were united in marriage on June 9, 2007, at St. John's Lutheran Church ELCA in Le Mars. The Rev. Gary Landsness officiated the 3 p.m. double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Bev and the late Brian Hultquist of Brunsville. The bridegroom is the son of Doris and Loran Weiler of Le Mars.

Beau Hultquist, brother of the bride, was the bride's escort.

Christina Baack, friend of the couple, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jacki Weiler, sister of the bridegroom, and Jill Rollinger, cousin of the bride.

Maci Fuller, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.

The bride's personal attendants were Tina Renken, Justine Cleaveland and Ellen Schultes, friends of the couple.

Cory Reuter, friend of the couple, was the best man. Groomsmen were Jeremy Weiler, brother of the bridegroom, and Chris De Haan, cousin of the bridegroom.

Kyler Weiler, nephew of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer.

Seating the guests were Anthony De Haan, cousin of the bridegroom, Anthony Duong, Matt Michel and Jaideep Gajerawala, friends of the couple.

A dinner and reception was held at the Brunsville Legion Club.

Heidi and Loran are both 2003 graduates of Le Mars Community High School and 2007 graduates of Iowa State University. Heidi majored in marketing and management and is employed at Qualified Plan Consultants in Des Moines as an account coordinator. Loran majored in industrial technology and is employed at Syngeta Seeds in Slater as a project engineer.

Following a wedding trip to Cabo, Mexico, the couple is at home in Ames.
