Don and Carolyn Garner of Sioux City and Mike and Lori Feller of Le Mars announce the engagement of their children, Brandy Garner and John Feller of Le Mars.

The couple is planning a 2 p.m. wedding ceremony in Foster Park on Sept. 22, 2007. The reception will follow at the American Legion Club in Le Mars.
