Glenn and Alice Ruhland of Le Mars announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter. Alisha Lynn Ruhland to Brian Dennis Plueger of Spencer. Brian is the son of Dennis and Marilyn Plueger of Le Mars.

An Aug. 11, 2007, wedding is planned at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Le Mars. The reception and dance will follow at the Le Mars Convention Center in Le Mars.

Alisha is a 2001 graduate of Gehlen Catholic Schools. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005 with a degree in. chemistry/marketing. Alisha is employed with Wright Medical Technology as a medical sales representative.

Brian graduated from Le Mars Community in 2000 and attended the University of Northern Iowa. Brian currently employed with National Management of Spencer as a property manager.
