Tom Haverkamp and Jean Haverkamp, both of Remsen, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Krista Haverkamp, to Jason Nicola, both of Omaha, Neb. Jason is the son of Gary and Mary Nicola of

Rockville, Ind., and Art and Terri Carr of Curtis, Mich.

Krista is a 1998 graduate of Remsen St. Mary's and Jason is a 1994 graduate of North Adams High in Michigan.

The couple is planning an Aug. 4 2007, ceremony at 4:30 p.m. at Christ Community Church in Omaha, Neb.
