Bart and Holly Hall announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber, to Todd Kowalke, all of Davenport. He is the son of Lynda Kowalke and Dennis Kowalke of Le Mars.

The couple are planning a Sept. 1, 2007, ceremony at 3 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Davenport.
