Catherine "Kay" Ommen, 81, of Ceylon, Minn., and formerly of Akron, died early Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at her home in Ceylon.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Ceylon, Minn., with the Rev. Gordon Seaverson officiating. Burial of her ashes will be on Tuesday, July 3, in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Craig. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Friday afternoon at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Ceylon, followed by a 7:30 p.m. prayer service Thursday evening at the church. Visitations will continue Saturday morning at the church form noon until service time.
