Randy and Susie Sohm of Mapleton announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter Molly Sohm of Sioux City to Vince Oordt, Sioux City, son of Wayne and Marlis Thieman, Le Mars, and the late Lee Oordt.

The couple is planning a Sept. 8, 2007, wedding at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars.

Vince is a 1996 graduate of Le Mars Community High School and 2001 graduate of WITCC. He is currently a deputy sheriff for Thurston County, Nebraska.

Molly is a 2000 graduate of Maple Valley/Anthon Oto High School and a 2004 graduate of Briar Cliff University. She is currently an accountant at Kramer, Ernst & Swedean, CPA firm in Sioux City.
