Denny and Joan Ernst of Le Mars, John Wilson of Boone and Peggy and Bret Wilson of Glenwood announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Kimberly Ernst and John Wilson of Sioux City.

The couple is planning a July 21, 2007, wedding at 2 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars. The reception will follow at the KC Hall in Le Mars. A dance open to the public will follow the reception.

Kim is a 1999 graduate of Le Mars Community High School and a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. She is a news producer at KTIV-TV in Sioux City.

John is a 1998 graduate of Glenwood High School and is a shift supervisor, surveillance at Argosy Casino in Sioux City.
