The engagement and approaching marriage of Molly Marie Vonnahme and Brandon James Bauer is made known by their parents, Al and Teresa Vonnahme of Le Mars and Jerry and Karen Bauer of Bancroft.

The couple is planning a May 12, 2007, wedding at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars, with a reception and dance to follow at the Le Mars Municipal Goff Course Clubhouse.

Molly is a 2001 graduate of Gehlen Catholic High School. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2006 with a bachelor of science in nursing degree. She is currently a registered nurse on the pediatric hematology/oncology floor at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Brandon is a 2001 graduate of North Kossuth High School. He will graduate from the University of Northern Iowa in May 2007 with a degree in elementary education.
