Elsie Marienau, 85, of Le Mars, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, at Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church (Grant Township), rural Le Mars, with the Rev. Dan Gerrietts officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars, with the family present beginning at 5 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the funeral.
