The engagement and approaching marriage of Ann Hoekstra and Justin Dalton of West Des Moines is made known by their parents, Roger and Ruth Hoekstra of Manchester and Bill and Kathy Dalton of Le Mars.

The couple will be married in a 6:30 p.m. ceremony on Dec. 30, 2006, at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines.

Ann is a 1998 graduate of West Delaware High School. She attended Central College in Pella where she graduated with a business management major in 2002. She is a financial analyst with ING in Des Moines.

Justin is a 1998 graduate of Le Mars Community High School. He graduated from Northwestern College in 2002 and completed his joint MBA/juris doctorate degree from Drake University in 2005. He is currently an attorney with LaMarca & Landry, P.C. in Des Moines.
