Cassie Marie Cronin and Rory Eugene Madsen of Le Mars announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Parents of the couple are Steve and Paula Cronin of Le Mars, and Tim Madsen and Susan Madsen of Onawa.

The couple is planning a 4 p.m. ceremony on Nov. 24, 2006, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars. The reception will be held at the Le Mars Convention Center at 7:30 p.m.

Cassie is a 2001 graduate of Gehlen Catholic High School and a 2004 graduate of Le Mars Beauty College. She is employed at American Bank as a customer service representative.

Rory is a 2000 graduate of West Monona High School and a 2003 graduate of Briar Cliff University. He is employed at Nemscoff Chairs in Sioux Center.
